Always a fun weekend, Team Freespeed entered a mixed team in the National Relays in August.
With guest athletes Richard Hobson and Sarah Gailey joining Stuart Anderson and Jenny Gowans, the team had high hopes for a good finish.
Some solid swimming and biking saw the team neck and neck with the Loughborough Triathlon squad in a fight for third place. With David Bishop on the final leg, Loughborough pulled away leaving Freespeed in fourth place and just off the podium.
It was a fun day and the team will definitely be back next year. Full results can be found here.
